WRP's are organisations that sell properties sourced by Whitedrake to their customers for investment purposes. Typically our partners are either financial advisors/institutions that represent the interests of individuals. Whitedrake property sourcing also partners with Estate Agents who already have a property investment arm looking for a regular flow of quality investment properties.
Independent Financial Advisors (IFA)
IFA's have quickly gained confidence in the buy-to-let residential investments market as a further option for spreading the financial risk of their clients. The forthcoming change in legislation permits pension funds to purchase residential properties (now delayed to April 06) has fuelled the demand for high quality, high yield residential properties for investments.
What kind of service would you expect?
Whitedrake is one of the few companies that will take a deal from reservation to completion.
We offer a dedicated account manager whose job is to:
- Inform you of the developments as soon as they are legally closed.
- Help you market the development
- Coordinate with brokers and solicitors
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports on each stage of the deal
- Keep our partners informed and happy
What kind of properties/discounts would we deliver to you?
Every development we source and offer to our partners has gone through a strict qualification process to ensure it works as a buy-to-let investment. We do not source properties that achieve less than 125% coverage (mortgage vs. verifiable rental income). In many cases our sourcing team achieve 130% and more. The discounts negotiated are between 10-20% and passed on to our clients significantly reduce the risk and increase the returns on the investment.
