The process of sourcing bespoke property is involved and something we have honed over the years.
- Search & Target the most appropriate developments
- Approach/pitch the target (after designing a mini marketing campaign)
- Research and financially analyse all positive candidates
- Present developments that meet the following conditions:
- The investment criteria
- The developer is prepared to consider the incentives required (discounts et al)
- The development can be secured exclusively
- Negotiate and Legally secure deal
- Coordinate the process to exchange of contracts and eventual completion

Having sourced and sold 3,500+ properties in the UK, Whitedrake has built up long term deep-rooted relationships with most developers and agents. On many occasion, developers contact us for advice prior to even concluding a site purchase.
